Well, I’m back. Finally little sister and mom can try Swich.
Earl grey pudding is a must for sister because she loves that flavor in non-tea items. Topped with an almond cookie, it was just as good as I remember.
They made the banana cream pie for us again & it was even better than before.
What I missed the first time was a slight burnish sweet finish to the chocolate lining the inside of the crust. A caramel, perhaps. A sheer delight.
Almost time for Chinese New Year where we will sure be ramming our way into some good eats. Get it?
