Be kind to your body.

Want something to nibble on but the little one has got you on lock down?

You must stash snacks, bars, things of the edible nature on your nightstand.

These little morsels will save you. Particularly if you are nursing, you need nourishment. Water too. Lots of water.

Of course a full meal is better but my little baby snuggles up so nice and close, an escape will certainly alert his alarm system… Yet again making breakfast futile.

Or you could just be too lazy to get up.
