Tonight was our family’s New Years dinner.
We like going to Little Fire Pot in Westlake because you don’t have to worry about tainting someone else’s soup because every has their own little pot.
I had miso soup as my base and enjoyed endless plates of lamb, beef, shrimp balls & mounds of veggies.
Baby was so good and slept through the whole meal.
I was excited about this meal because this hot pot place has a little marinated beef & rice bowl. We got there early and polished a bowl before everyone even got there. I had a few more of these bowls as intermissions between my soup, meat & veggies.
Nursing makes me hungry in a whole different way. Gotta fuel the fire so I can fuel the babe.
Blessed to be with family & surrounded by unlimited amounts of food. Life is good.
