Eating mom’s food today too. A special jook with extra preserved egg & bamboo shoots.

It was a hot one in the city today. The weekend is going to be a burn too! Baby’s not drinking water yet but in a couple of months perhaps.
I feel like we got our groove. Doc doesn’t recommend water before baby is 6 months. I’m feeling so chill that even if someone sneaks him a sip, I won’t freak out.
Just don’t give my kid water, not yet. Hiccups are reflexive, hardly indicative of thirst. Okay, be cool mom.
Grateful for our mommies tonight.
