Gratitude

Four month sweet spot

For a long time in my life, I felt I was on the brink of something. Insane courage. Exceptional something.

Turns out, I think it was motherhood. Miraculous parenting. I’m really happy.

My baby is quite a doll. He’s so lively and darling. Don’t get me wrong; he’s got blowout diapers, cryathons, weird rashes… But I can’t help but to be utterly in love with him.

Living in San Francisco isn’t easy. It’s expensive and we have a housing crisis out here. Don’t even mention the drought.

Our families and friends make this a wonderful place to be though. I’m so grateful for my family, our friends & the many mommies out there (dads too!) that are doing it.

I am inspired and humbled to be joining as a first time mama.

Turns out the ones we’ve been waiting for, was us all along.
