My breakfast sandwich from evol. is a chicken apple sausage with egg white & cheddar on a multigrain flatbread. If that sounds healthy, it is. Halfway through I knew something was missing so in the sirarcha mayo went to fill the missing flavor gap. Now a winning sandwich!
With Eggsy in a wistful sleep, I reflect quietly on the pleasure of breakfast. I eat fast, standing up as my baby has trained me.
My baby is showing me how to do things fast & to slow down for the important stuff.
