The graduate’s celebratory meal at Shanghai Dumpling House in Glen Park was a delight. Aside from the usual great of XLBs, we enjoyed Lion Head meatball “casserole”.
This is clearly a soup.
As Jeff accurately described, this is meatloaf in soup. A soft, almost spongy meatball.
