Tonight I told Eggsy a story of an obedient little boy who went to Stanford medical school. This boy later found the cure for numerous chronic health conditions & healed his aging parents.
Also known as: my fantasy.
Such a busy schedule lately! Yesterday we had much theatrics at the dentist & the finding of a new orthodontist. Guess who’s a teenager again! Me soon. Sigh.
We bid farewell to good friends at my old work. I love those guys. An unexpected final farewell to our dear Patrick. May you rest in paradise, friend. I’ll always remember our Top Gun shake.

This morning we had a special visit from Arizonans! Sweet Max showcased what Eggsy has in store in month ten: energy & a bubbly disposition (we hope).
How funny time changes everything. A real treat to see the lovely Amanda & her Alex. It’s already been six years since we were summer roommates in Hawaii for a little while but enough time to make a last impression. I’m grateful for friendships that withstand time & space.
Our family lunch at Kome proved a Thursday is not a problem for business. Luckily my family takes lunching very seriously & we buffeted in near professional manner.
Dinner was burritos & tacos from Gordo’s. I failed at pictures of food today but I’ll make up for it with a baby one.
He’s as burrito as they come. Thanks again for visiting us sweet Mandy & family! We love your Max.
