Chairman Bao & a mysterious taco truck (mysterious to me, anyways) was omnipresent. A spot by the door ensured I caught the tofu (Tphu? Haha), chicken & pork baos coming through.
Placed on the ever popular bao known in Chinese duck dishes, all baos were delicious. The tofu surprisingly crispy & slightly sweet. Not pictured due to my hands busy with eating.
Chicken so good, with pickled carrot garnish. Pork equally divine with shredded veg on top.
The tacos were good but baos were better. Big congrats to the newlyweds! May a lifetime of laughter & good eats follow you wherever you go. You’re stunning apart & even more brilliant together.
