Park Chalet by ocean beach was mad packed this afternoon. We tried to swoop outdoor seating but due to the overwhelming crowd, we set up shop on their lawn, along with other various families, friends, their babies & dogs.
After ordering at the bar, we tried to make it worth our wait.
We got the burger, ahi sandwich, truffle mac & cheese, ceviche, fish & chips, & Tuscan kale salad.
A delightful meal enjoyed with our sweet friends: Jennypie, Ethan & Archer the cool hound.
I remember the strength of the sun as we strategize to keep baby & dog cool. Luckily, we move into a partly shaded spot before our picnic arrives.
Afterwards, we wander over to Genki’s for crepes, egg puffs & drinks.
Baby loves the attention from his pretty aunties. Nothing like a day in San Francisco that actually feels like summer. Hooray for good eats, good friends & good fun.
