Noms

Oodles of noodles

Been on a pasta kick lately. A Sunday venture to the land of family friendly Olive Garden proved that the stroller-accommodating restaurant is fit for babies of all sizes.

I didn’t even know they had a kids menu. Before I didn’t care about stuff like that. Now I’m like, oh baby can have his own pasta! Soon.

HB had the seafood pasta. Good. The breadsticks, salad & soup filled us up a bit too much to really enjoy our entrees though.

My tour of Italy is an eggplant parm & you can guess the rest. Really what I wanted was lasagne. So I had that too.

The beauty of a giant chain restaurant is they have choke space. Strollers everywhere, babies throwing crayons… Feels like home.

My theory about Olive Garden is that they overwhelm you will the apps so the entree part is kind of underwhelming. I like their food but it tastes better when I eat it the next day at home.

Our server David was extraordinary. Best service ever. So attentive, patient & thoughtful. I’d think of setting my sister up with this guy.

Tonight I found pate & pickles at Andronicos. My dear crackers were unexpectedly open & stale so I had to improvise with tiny toast.

So rich & creamy. One of my favorite foods, most def.

Baby is getting increasingly more rambunctious. Definitely crawling now & no space with an edge is safe. We have officially made it to the Twilight zone. I hear they don’t leave until at least 18. Gonna be a crazy ride! Good thing I’ve always love a thrill.
