Oh man, I’m wheeling from a fall baby just had. Smacked his forehead right into the TV stand. We were celebrating the holidays with a viewing of Love Actually.
Feeling really spirited, he woobled & had a spill. Poor thing. I feel horrible.
Other than that, we’ve had a wonderful Christmas. Missing some loved ones, we cherish time with those present.
Visited my dad’s mom on her birthday. I send prayers to her.
Had a chat with Popo about how big baby is getting & how I think of her everyday. I know she’s enjoying seeing baby grow too.
I suppose there is always heartache in love. By its definition, it is unselfish & focused on another. (Except for self-love? Hmm.) I love Eggsy so & every qualm, I have a full on slaughter of concern & impending research.
We balance our holiday with all of our family. Lunch & dinners, here & there.
A new Christmas Eve tradition started with sushi! We take some of our siblings to Amami San in SSF & fill our bellies with love.
The Amami special roll with unagi & crab makes me wish my Invisalign wasn’t in. The flowery roll was perhaps with scallops.
The seared toro with uni is a must. Toro also melts. The salmon sashimi is remarkable. Fresh, generous cuts.
Baked rolls (scallop here) are among my favorite. It usually involves a little crunch & mayo. I love both.
Butter face roll with butterfish & spicy tuna. Looks like Japan’s flag. Spicy scallop roll because nothing says holiday like scallop.
Three sisters & a boy. Feel exceptional. My gratitude practice is giving me fresh air.
Happiest holidays wished for the world. Big thank yous to those that made ours so special.
