Smity came & gone. She is like the sun; we gratefully revolve around her.
In her brilliance, we played, ate & spent time with family & friends. It’s a rare thing, all 3 siblings together. Always laughing. We have the same kind of sense of humor, cemented in Simpsons references & (what we consider) clever puns.
I really adore her. She’s quite spectacular. Somewhere along the way, she became this incredible force. Strong, beautiful, witty & wise. Yet knows how to play. Wow, she is just like me.
We had CREAM which is no Diddy Reese (for LA fans) but it is fun to try. Some hot days in the bay. Ice cream is a natural solution.
The katsu moco at Grindz is decent. It is somehow missing that special aloha taste. Perhaps that is a reminder to visit Hawaii soon.
A wonderful find is the cioppino from Pisces. A good happy hour & thoroughly enjoyable environment. Delicious, rich broth & hearty stock of seafood. Winner!
The squid ink tsukemen with firefly squid was a unique experience. Not sure if I’d get this again. Izakaya Sozai’s ramen is pretty good & this special does not top their usual offering. Worth a try still.
So much exploring with food, play areas & new places. Baby loves the library & makes friends with keiki there.
Baby loves his aunty Smee & we all miss her so much. Of course those with wings must fly but home will always welcome her back. Good on you Smee for living your dreams. May we all be so brave!
