Another delight from Swich, my new favorite dessert spot. Honestly, the profiterole was not my favorite, despite it having coffee ice cream sandwiched in between with almond slices as garnishment. I really love pastries. Good pastries. Hot, fresh out of the oven pastries. Luckily, that banana cream pie I was drooling about earlier was clear and certain redemption.
