After a productive afternoon of securing our next bed, it’s time to chow down – filipino style.  Hello Karilagan, home of fine filipino cuisine in sunny SSF.  We forgo our usual pork adobo for a pork stew, called dinuguan.  They weren’t kidding when they said the sauce was rich. Reminiscent of a liver taste, we scarf big.  Next is our obligatory vegetable dish. A medley of veggies in a spicy coconut sauce.
