Great crepectations
To reward myself for a successful day of… Mommying, a stop at Genki Crepes was in order. Since it was nearing dinner time & baby was sucking the life out of me, I got a beef sukiyaki crepe. Beef, onions & cheese. Can’t go wrong. They do 90% cheese and 10% everything else. A ratio I can live with. Good thing my family makes me eat better because with my egg puffs, a balanced meal…
